Warranty On All Watches
All auctions hosted on CQout by ExecutiveWatches are bound by these terms & conditions
We offer 90 day warranty on every watch you purchase from this site. Watches may be returned or exchanged ONLY if it is faulty. Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damages caused by external reasons (such as scratches, missing stones, dents, nicks, fading/chipping of the material on the product etc..). Warranty does not cover water damage, lost or stolen parts, damages due to personal misuse/negligence, therefore we strongly recommend not to swim, dive, surf or have any other similar activity with any replica watch.
If the watch has not been subject to any of the abuses above or similar:
If the watch has a mechanical fault that is judged not to be caused by the buyer and in our judgement the watch cannot be economically repaired, the watch may be subject to replacement
If the watch has been abused or has suffered damage believed to have been caused by an accident (i.e. water inside case, dropped on floor etc) it may still be repaired if it is possible as a matter of goodwill to the buyer but that repair may be subject to a charge and for the return shipping costs to the buyer
The above guarantee only applies to the original purchasers.
The guarantee does not extend to resellers, if the item has been resold then the guarantee as outlined here is null and void
EXECUTIVEWATCHES NOTES AND OUR DEFINITIONS OF WATER RESISTANCE/ WATERPROOFING
EXECUTIVE WATCHES suggest that you keep watches away from water whenever possible.
Please do not wear your watch when you go swimming or taking a shower. This is to prevent accidental moisture or water seeping in.
Please note that watches that are indicated to be water resistant are only able to tolerate the very lightest of moisture on the outside of the watch, even splashing from hand washing, light rain showers, watering the garden and car washing can cause a problem with condensation occurring inside the watch from water egress
Water resistant watches are not suitable
at all for any submersion underwater, or for use whilst swimming, showering, in a sauna
or a hot-tub environment
please note that all chronograph watches cannot be used underwater/submerged because the construction of the pushers will allow water to seep inside when they are depressed. This is also true of many genuine watches too.
EXECUTIVE WATCHES cannot guarantee to repair the watch if your use of a water resistant only watch contrary to the terms above and to the definition of Executivewatches definition of water resistant, results in water or moisture getting into the watch.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All returns/exchanges must be post dated no later than the 14th day after you receive the goods. All returns are at the customers' own cost. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days unless it is covered by the 90 day warranty (applies to watches only).
An exchange/refund will be issued after we safely receive the returned goods and they have been examined by our technician to confirm that the watch has not been tampered with.
Returns, Exchanges, Repairs & Refunds after 14 days
If a refund is deemed appropriate by the seller after the 14 days period, the amount refunded to the buyer will be the amount paid for the goods, excluding any outward or return shipping costs incurred by us or the buyer. Any customs fees paid by the seller on behalf of the buyer will also be deducted from the final refund amount.
if the item is returned by the buyer as faulty and on its return after examination by our technician it proves not to be faulty then a re-stocking fee of 5% of the item cost will be deducted from the refund to the buyer
All exchanges will be subject to our delivery policy, and will be handled as a new order. Any price difference in all exchanges shall be dealt with prior to the returning of the goods.
Any items that are shipped back to the seller for return/repair/refund are the total responsibility of the sender
if the item is lost in transit, confiscated by customs, stolen whilst in transit, damaged in transit or is not received by the intended person for any reason
it is the responsibility of the sender to deal with the relevant shipping agent and if necessary absorb any possible losses that might result
the seller cannot be held financially liable or held responsible in any way for any losses of goods occurred during a return shipping process
it is suggested that the sender insures the package to cover any events that may occur during international shipping that may lead to a financial loss for the buyer
