When you submit email(s), we will immediately send you an email with a confirmation code.
If you do not receive that email, then the problem has not been resolved and you need to try again.
Apart from the obvious:
-You now have a new email address and have not notified us.
- You have mistyped your email.
There may be a number of other reasons why your email maybe bouncing, specially if you are certain the above email(s) are correct, These are:
You will need to ensure CQout as a sender (i.e. all emails from the domain CQout.com) are placed in your "white" list or permitted list of senders.
- You are using a spam filter, which is blocking our emails.
- You are using a spam arresting system which requires a human confirmation from the sender.
- Your ISP filtering rules have decided our emails are SPAM
