This listing is for a circa 1848 print from engraving

Please note: this is infact Parham Old Hall or Moat Hall near Framlingham, Suffolk. For whatever reason it was, way back when, titled Farringdon Lodge Berkshire.
Provenance: Title: Curiosities of Great Britain: England and Wales Delineated - Historical, Entertaining & Commercial; Alphabetically Arranged.etc by Thomas Dugdale. Published in various forms between 1838 and 1860. Published London 1848c.
Bought at auction, it came from a "lot" of engravings which had already been mounted onto conservation card ready for trimming matting and framing.There is a little age yellowing and handling marks to edges - please check the larger picture for condition . The engraving including borders measures 220 x 135 mm (8.5 x 5.25 inches) approximately plus the conservation card.This item will be shipped flat in a board backed envelope.
Our use of the term "an original print" is a pictorial image made in a manner which allows it to be multiplied, and originating from the date stated. This includes examples of various methods of printmaking including engravings, etchings, woodcuts etc. Many prints inevitably would have been originally bound in a book at some time as was this one.
