Engraved and drawn by Carl Ludwig Frommel (1789 - 1863). He was a German landscape painter and engraver, born at Birkenfeld. He was the father of Emil Frommel.

It is blank on the reverse, and suitable for framing.The overall print including borders measures 260 x 215 mm (10.5x8.5 inches) approx. incl. titled borders. The engraved area measures 110x80mm. approx.There is some age yellowing which is a feature of items of great age and some scattered, brown spotting (foxing) - please check the larger picture for condition. This item will be shipped flat in a board backed envelope.
