Bothall Castle, Northumberland

It is showing a woman cooking something in a pot on an open fire, some men watching as she does so, a girl sitting on a donkey, man ploughing a field, with the castle and houses in the background. The print is dated 1st June 1811
Provenance: The Beauties of England and Wales etc. by J. Norris Brewer; Publisher; Vernor, Hood and Sharpe, of Poultry, London c1813
The overall print including borders measures 200 x 128 mm (7.75 x 5 inches) approx. incl. titled borders. It has been mounted onto conservation card reading for matting and framing. It is blank on the reverse.
This item will be shipped flat in a board backed envelope.
