We ship all order using UPS services. We will Post Tracking number directly on the Order Detail Page. Customer is r esponsible for being home or arranging Delivery. If package is returned Shipping charges will be deducted from refund. All Packages under $200 will not have signature required. All Packages $200+ Will require a Direct Signature. Packages with a Value of $150 or more will not be shipped to PO box addresses.

Product may be returned in up to 14 days. We only accept returns for manufacture defects or products damaged in shipping. If product is defective, customer may send us a picture of said item proving the damage, and we sill send out a new part for free.

- We will exchange defective or damage products within the warranty Period. This is usually 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Returns for refund are accepted for the first 7 days after customer receives the item.
- If a customer returns item by choice meaning not caused by defect or performance that originally had free shipping there will be a 15% restocking fee. If there were shipping charges in this case they will not be refundable.
- Any problem with an Item must be reported within warranty period.
- If items are damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package or no claim will be allowed.
- If you are returning item by choice within the 7 day period you are responsible for the shipping cost.
- Shipping Costs are Non Refundable
- Exchanges are free of cost to the customer during the warranty Period.
- The customer is responsible on Shipping and Return for refund.
