Terms and Conditions for CQout Affiliate and Referral

1- CQout
will credit a referring
user's account with £0.50 for every new user who
completes the CQout user registration process.
2- Credit
will be applied in the same month or the month following the new
users registration. If the referring user has made sales during
that period and incurred commission or 'featured item' fees,
this credit will be set against that user's account.
3- Credit
will only be applied in the event of a successful registration
using a valid credit card with verifiable name and address.
Credit will not be applied for registrations in which any aspect
of the new user's details are incorrect or invalid.
4- CQout
reserves the right to reverse any previously applied credits
should any aspect of the new users' details subsequently prove
to be incorrect, incomplete or invalid, or if the new user
exhibits unacceptable or inappropriate behaviour with respect to
the CQout site and trading community.
5- Nomination
of a referring user by a new user can only be made at the time
of registration and via the normal registration process. Such
nomination cannot be made retrospectively.
6-
Payouts are made when
accumulated credits exceed £10, CQout will transfer affiliate
fees earned to
the nominated bank account notified to CQout at the time of
affiliate registration. Credits below this amount will be
carried forward.
7- CQout
respects users' privacy, and will disclose to a referring user
on request only the user ID(s) of those new users who have
nominated them
during the registration process. No other personal data
will be divulged.
8- CQout
Ltd has the right to vary the terms and conditions of this
affiliate scheme without notice, and to terminate the scheme
without prior notification.
