Registration" page and fill out the application for this programme. Note: You
will need to register for this service even if you are already registered as a user.
After
you register, login to the RightsWatch SERVICES page to set up keywords for
which you wish to receive automatic notification of, or simply
start tracking listings of particular interest.
Use the IP violation button on any auction listing that you consider should
be closed down.
Free Service
If you do not wish to have the convenience and benefits of
an online service with automatic alerting and reporting facilities that CQout RightsWatch offers, you may
still notify CQout of items which are infringing your IP rights using
the International Take Down Notice form which can be downloaded here.
The form will guide you in providing us with the minimum information
required in compliance with EC eCommerce Directive 2002. The notice will
need to sent to us by Fax or Post and the service is operated entirely free of
charge.
