You will need to check that :
-
That Cookie Support on your browser is turned ON,
i.e. set to "Accept Cookies"
-
Your PC clock is set to the right time. (cookies time expire, an
incorrectly set clock can show the cookies as expired)
otherwise you will not enable to login at CQout.
What are 'cookies' and how do I enable them?
'Cookies' are small files which are created by a web site to store
information about your preferences for that site. These cookies are stored on your
computer's hard disk. CQout, in common with most web sites, uses cookies to help customize
your usage of the site and to ensure that the site will recognize you next time you login.
Allowing CQout to create a cookie does not give CQout or any other site access to
the rest of your computer. CQout created the cookie and only CQout can read it. Your
information is secure.
Internet Explorer default set up is to allow the creation of cookies. However if the
computer you are using has been set up to disallow cookies, this will effectively prevent
you from using the site. You MUST enable creation of cookies as shown below...
