Charity Kalinga [CKalinga] is a recently borne foundation under the management of DeCon Philippines. It aims to financially assist and provide scholarship to farmers' children in remote villages of Kalinga, Northern Philippines.

Kalinga, known as the "land of the braves" with well-preserved culture and haven't yet fully reached by modern urban civilization, lies in its realm children and youth with intense desire to finish an education which they believe is a key to their dreams and goals.

But most of these passionate students has to hesitate on their studies and end up helping their parents earn for a living and leaving great potentials behind due to poverty.

As the main livelihood in these villages are farming, most can't afford at least $20 per semester for college which a number has to end up as high school graduate or labourers. A number of children also had to stop for high school for the reason of unable to afford at least $6 a year for the school's expenses!
